Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (D-NY) and Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) — either as a hero of leftist politics — or a consistent villain of conservative circles.
But around here, we know Tlaib much better. As a former state representative from Southwest Detroit, as an outspoken advocate for her constituents here in Detroit, as a dedicated fighter for those who are overlooked and underappreciated.
