Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan delivered his State of the State address Tuesday night. He spoke to a crowd of hundreds gathered at Second Ebenezer Church on the city’s east side, where he delivered remarks on issues including public education in the city, efforts to fight blight, and new initiatives to fight crime.
