Roughly 76-thousand homes in Wayne County are at risk of tax foreclosure. As the deadline to pay back taxes approaches on March 31st, throngs of people lined up at the Wayne County Treasurers office to try and work out payment plans. WDET’s Martina Guzman went downtown and spoke with homeowners such as Angeles Jones who was waiting in line to pay back taxes.
