The Super Bowl is this weekend in Atlanta, and scandal surrounding the event has already made plenty of news.

For one, the halftime act, Maroon 5, was an also-ran pick for musical entertainment as several prominent artists have turned down the gig in protest of the league’s treatment of Colin Kaepernick and social justice issues.

The Detroit Today team discussed their own boycott of football for various reasons at the beginning of the season. So how did those boycotts go?
