Canada is set to legalize recreational marijuana next year, posing challenges for those crossing border into U.S.

One issue of great concern to law enforcement there, and throughout Canada, is that by this time next year marijuana will almost certainly be legal throughout that nation for both medicinal and recreational use.

That poses particular concerns for Windsor, a border city set along the busiest trade route between the U.S. and Canada.
