Industry experts say Michigan seriously lags behind other states when it comes to proactive legislation

Industry analysts say Michigan’s lack of oversight and regulation of medical marijuana businesses has, all-in-all, created an illegally operating industry. Chris Walsh is the managing editor of Marijuana Business Daily. He tells WDET’s Amy Miller that Michigan’s pot industry is impeded by a lack of government involvement.
