Detroiters will get the chance to celebrate 313 Day this weekend ahead of Monday’s March 13.

Events can be found on Eventbrite, including a 313 Day industry conference that’s partnered with YouTube and Spotify, and a celebrity basketball game this Sunday. It will be followed Monday with the Fillmore Detroit hosting the 313 Day concert featuring Icewear Vezzo, Kash Doll, Louie Ray, Rocky Badd, Sada Baby, Snap Dogg and more.

The Pistons will celebrate 313 Day during their home game against the Indiana Pacers with a halftime performance from Detroit rapper Royce da 5’9” and a $25,000 giveaway from Oak Park’s Hutch’s Jewelry.

Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib will be one of the speakers at the “Detroit Day Rally” 9 a.m. Monday opposing hundreds of millions of dollars in tax benefits given to the Ilitch family’s development projects related to District Detroit.

The Detroit Symphony Orchestra is offering tickets to select upcoming concerts for $3.13. Details can be found at dso.org/313day, by phone at 313-756-5111 or at the Orchestra Hall box office at 3711 Woodward Ave in Detroit.
