Rep. Dingell on Medicare for All: People in Other Countries Don’t Have to Choose Between Medicine and Food

Not so long ago, the idea of “Medicare for All” was relegated to the world of the far left and candidates like Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT).

Not anymore. Now, even a number of pragmatic members of the Democratic caucus are embracing the idea that we still need radical reform of our health care system.

One of them is Michigan Congresswoman Debbie Dingell (D-Dearborn).

Dingell joins Detroit Today with Stephen Henderson to talk about her support for the concept — which she says is nothing new for her or American politics.
