Detroit Casino Monthly Revenue Up from a Year Ago [CHARTS]
MotorCity, Greektown casinos gain revenue in May while MGM drops slightly.
Detroit’s three casinos’ combined May revenue of $120 million was up from the same month a year, according to the Michigan Gaming Control Board.
The three casinos also reported paying $14.3 million in wagering taxes and development agreement payments to the city of Detroit and $9.7 million in gaming taxes to the state of Michigan.

The Michigan Gaming Control Board says MGM’s market share in May was 42 percent followed by MotorCity with 34 percent and Greektown with 24 percent.
