Conservationists say they plan to sue over the garbage incinerator operating in Detroit.  The privately operated facility, near the I-94 and I-75 interchange, has come under scrutiny several times over the last decade. The Great Lakes Environmental Law Center says it intends to file suit if the regulating agencies and the company don’t address the non-compliance within 60 days.
