It may be warmer than normal outside but a winter blast is still coming to Metro Detroit.

It’s the event of the same name, created in 2005 as an attraction to accompany Detroit hosting the Super Bowl that year.

The producer of THIS year’s Winter Blast, John Witz, tells WDET’s Quinn Klinefelter the event will take visitors hundreds of feet above it all.
