New rules require parents to get waiver from local health department
Parents with children attending public schools this fall will have to vaccinate their kids or make an appointment with the local health department to get a waiver. The state legislature approved a new regulation earlier this year. WDET’s Amy Miller spoke with Dr. Sanford Vieder from Lakes Urgent Care and asked about the new rule.
