National Writers Series

The National Writers Series in Traverse City, Michigan, is a year-round book festival and a destination for conversations with today’s finest authors. Interlochen Public Radio has now turned the author events into a one-hour weekly radio program. The National Writers Series connects communities with some of the nation’s premier authors and storytellers. Now, the best of these discussions will be heard on WDET Wednesday evenings at 10 p.m.  The Traverse City National Writers Series was founded by Interlochen alumnus and New York Times bestselling author Doug Stanton.
