Jazz Great Jimmy Cobb On Playing Drums for Miles Davis

If you’re a jazz fan and have listened to classic recordings from jazz legends such as John Coltrane and Miles Davis, you’ve likely heard the rhythmic stylings of drummer Jimmy Cobb. He’s also performing with Rodney Whitaker and more this Sunday at the Carr Center in Detroit. WDET’s Alex Trajano spoke with Cobb about his legacy.
