As the Detroit region and the world addresses the concerns around coronavirus, and the related illness COVID-19, 101.9 WDET is taking a thoughtful but swift look at how we can best serve you and the whole community as Detroit’s NPR Station.

Despite the threat posed by COVID-19, The ‘DET team remains committed to serving you.

Most importantly, let me assure you we will remain on the air to provide up-to-date, factual and helpful news, compassionate conversations, entertainment and levity as well as the best music on the planet.

We know in times of uncertainty, listeners rely on WDET for trusted, insightful and timely information and news about their local community.
