Duggan Plans “Announcement”
Detroit mayor expected to announce bid for second term.
The official event invitation is mildly mysterious:
“Please join Mayor Mike Duggan for a 2017 announcement!” it reads.
The “announcement” is widely expected to be his official notice that he’s running for a second four-year term as Detroit’s mayor. The event begins at noon Saturday.
