President Joe Biden will hold a solo press conference, his third of the year, on Wednesday, Nov. 15, following his face-to-face meeting with China’s Xi Jinping and amid ground wars in both Europe and the Middle East.  The press conference is expected to begin at 7:45 p.m. ET.
