On Wednesday, October 30, some of the best writers in Detroit along with local bibliophiles will meet up for a night of sharing the books that changed their life in a short story slam-style event.

On Wednesday, October 30, some of the best writers in Detroit along with local bibliophiles will meet up for a night of sharing the books that changed their life in a short story slam-style event.

The night is a support of the Detroit Jewish Book Fair, happening this week. Author Anna Clark, former Detroit News columnist Laura Berman, poet Casey Lynne Rocheteau, and writers Justin Sledge and Janice Fialka-Feldman will all share stories of the authors and books that have affected them deeply over the years.
