Mueller Testified. Now, Democrats Have to Debate, Rep. Dingell Says

Stephen Henderson is joined by Congresswoman Debbie Dingell to unpack the Mueller testimony that took place yesterday.

Congresswoman Debbie Dingell spoke with WDET during the Mackinac Policy Conference in 2019.

Yet again, we’ve heard from the nation’s most well known former special counsel: Robert Mueller. This time, it was testimony in front of the House Judiciary and House Intelligence Committees that took place over the course of several hours yesterday. He reiterated the findings of his 448-page report about Russian involvement in the 2016 election and said, as he has before, that his investigation does not exonerate President Donald Trump. Host Stephen Henderson is joined by Congresswoman Debbie Dingell to talk about what it all means, and whether or not there are grounds to pursue impeachment.

Dingell, who was in Washington during Watergate, says that “it is true that the Congress has the responsibility to determine what the next steps are, but we have to have the facts. We have to have a very clear case for moving forward,” she cautions.
