The Vidlings and Tapeheads Film Festival celebrates unusual, and sometimes challenging, visual art.

This unconventional fest returns for its second year this weekend in Hamtramck.

Artists and founder Jerry White Jr. told CultureShift’s Amanda LeClaire that he saw a need in Metro Detroit for a showcase for work which dares to go against the mainstream.
