Winter Starts a Bit Warmer Than Normal [MAPS]

National Weather Service issues season outlook

Last winter was one of the warmest ever recorded in Metro Detroit. The National Weather Service is forecasting above normal temperatures through January, but February could be slightly colder than average. The first half of the season may bring less snow than usual, while forecasters predict normal snow amounts in late January and February.
