Farai Chideya Studies How to Survive in the Disruptive Workforce

Former NPR host Farai Chideya has written a new book.

It’s just as hard to find a job as it’s ever been – in some ways – maybe harder.

Former NPR host Farai Chideya has written a new book on the subject called “The Episodic Career: How to Thrive at Work in the Age of Disruption.”

She dropped by the WDET studios to talk with Jerome Vaughn.

Chideya says “disruption” is changing the way Americans find jobs.

She’ll appear at Source Booksellers in Midtown Detroit Sunday afternoon at 4.
