On this weekend’s TPU, we interview Amp Fiddler and bump cuts from his new album
On this weekend’s The Progressive Underground, former P-Funk, Was Not Was keyboardist, now international soul/funk artist AMP FIDDLER returns as he samples in full his new album BASSMENTALITY 3 along with discussing some of his future plans, tours and collaborations. We also bump an extensive array of artists in the techno, deep house, future soul, nu-jazz, b-sides and rare grooves genres. It will be an evening of exploration through the 4th dimension of sound and the outer reaches of electronica. We go from 8-11 pm EST on WDET 101.9 FM and wdet.org on Sunday, August 2.
