Terrence Kellom was shot in his Northwest Detroit home by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement Officer.
His father, Kevin Kellom, says the search warrant he received wasn’t signed until after his son’s death.
“They killed my son at 1:38 pm, the search warrant that they left on my table that I received at 7pm in the evening, was signed at 4:39,” Kellom says. “My son was dead at 1:38 you told me when you knocked on my door you had a search warrant.”
Kellom says because of the way his son died, he has no more faith in the Detroit Police Department.
