Detroit’s restaurant scene is getting a new addition. Central Kitchen & Bar will be opening this summer at the historic First National Building on Woodward Avenue in Downtown Detroit. Dennis Archer Jr. is one of Central Kitchen & Bar’s partners. He spoke to WDET’s Martina Guzman about the risk of getting into the restaurant business and why he feels African American entrepreneurs don’t get the attention the often deserve.
