Voters who want to vote early can go to satellite voting centers in their local community, mail in their absentee ballot, or drop it off at a specially designated secure ballot drop box.
With the stay in place ahead of the Friday printing deadline, the language of the charter question will likely exist in some form on the ballot. But whether a vote on the measure will count will be determined by the high court.
