Team ‘DET Members! Join us at The Majestic Theatre on World Radio Day – Thursday, February 13 for a member-only event to celebrate the wrap of WDET’s 75th year of broadcasting over the Detroit airwaves.

We will look back on a year filled with exciting new changes including new music shows and new local programming and celebrate the accomplishments of our esteemed staff. We will also reflect on 75 years of service to the Detroit-area community and the important role public media continues to play in our society today.

We invite our Team ‘DET members to mix and mingle with the WDET crew over pizza courtesy of Sgt. Pepperoni’s. A cash bar will also be available!

Parking will be available at a lot on-site in the rear of the complex. If the lot is full, street parking is available.

Doors open promptly at 6PM. The event will conclude at 8PM.

There will be a short presentation at 7PM.

Guests must RSVP via EventBrite for entry into the event.

The Majestic Theatre is handicap accessible.
