Colors of Detroit 2025

Join us on December 12 for the second Colors of Detroit, an unforgettable evening celebrating the city’s creativity, culture, and connection.
Proceeds benefit WDET 101.9 FM, Detroit’s public radio station and the Concert of Colors, Detroit’s global music festival.
A historic setting
The celebration takes place at the Berry Gordy Estate in Boston Edison, the former home of Motown founder Berry Gordy and now owned by renowned arts consultant Alan Brown.
This setting offers a rare chance to experience one of Detroit’s most iconic cultural landmarks up close.
Live music and performances
Enjoy an exclusive live broadcast of The Don Was Motor City Playlist with WDET’s Ann Delisi, featuring legendary producer and artist Don Was.
The evening also includes a performance by the Amen Ra African Drum and Dance Group, followed by Detroit’s finest DJs keeping the dance floor moving late into the night.
