Ed Love has been there for me for the last 40 years, ever since I came home from the Army in the early ’80s and started listening to WDET. Mr. Love has brought so much knowledge and history of jazz music in America. His soothing baritone voice kept me going when I was out on the road at night. He is a Detroit legend.
