2020 NPR Tiny Desk Contest Is Here
Calling all musicians, submit your videos for the 2020 Tiny Desk Contest for the chance to play NPR’s famous Tiny Desk!
For the past five years, the Tiny Desk Contest has brought together thousands of artists and bands from across the country. The rules are simple: unknown, unsigned bands and musicians ages 18 and older are invited to film themselves performing one song at a desk of their choice.
The Contest winners have gone on to tour the world, sign with major labels, open for legendary performers, and even receive Grammy awards.
Last year, over 150 Michigan-based artists entered the contest and of those, five were selected by the WDET music hosts to perform at the WDET Concert of Colors Street Party and Tiny Desk Contest local showcase. We can’t wait to see your submissions this year!
The 2020 Tiny Desk Contest entry form opens on February 11 and you must submit your entry before 11:59 p.m. ET on March 30.
