Many of us know the hard work and stress involved in hosting our families and loved ones for Thanksgiving. Cooking dish after dish of food. Getting a house ready for guests.
Joe Nader takes that preparation to a whole different level. He hosts almost 70,000 people every single Thanksgiving. That’s because Joe is the executive chef of Ford Field, where the Detroit Lions play each year in a unique tradition that goes back decades.
Joe Nader recently gave Detroit Today producer Jake Neher a preview of this year’s Thanksgiving food preparations and a tour of his kitchen at Ford Field.
