Greta Van Fleet to headline Little Caesars Arena this September

The summer tour also includes a date at the historic Madison Square Garden in New York.

Greta Van Fleet

Frankenmuth rockers Greta Van Fleet announced dates for their biggest headlining tour to date, which includes a stop at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit.

The Starcatcher Tour kicks off July 21 at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, coming to LCA September 8, and includes a gig at the legendary Madison Square Garden in New York. The trek is in support of their upcoming third studio album Starcatcher, releasing July 21 via Republic Records. Los Angeles-based Surf Curse, who released their most recent album Magic Hour last October, will open the Detroit show.

Tickets go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster.com, and the LCA box office if you’re trying to save on service fees. A presale for Greta Van Fleet fan club members starts Wednesday at 10 a.m.

As the Detroit Free Press reports, the last time Greta Van Fleet played in Detroit was the Fox Theatre in 2018. That’s also the same year I saw them perform a blistering set at Lollapalooza in Chicago.
