Former President Donald Trump has surrendered to a New York criminal court for processing. He’ll appear in court at 2:15 p.m. ET, where more information about the indictment against him will be revealed.

- Arraignment: Trump will appear before Juan Merchan, the same judge who presided over the closely watched criminal tax fraud case against Trump’s company.
- Charges: We won’t know the exact charges Trump is facing until the indictment is unsealed — which is likely to happen at the arraignment hearing.
