Michigan Lawmakers Respond To Capitol Breach
In normal years, the certification of the electoral vote in Congress is a formality, but today, pro-Trump extremists interrupted proceedings and forced an evacuation the U.S. Capitol.

A group of pro-Trump extremists stormed the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday in an attempt to thwart a peaceful transfer of power, forcing lawmakers to evacuate the building.
Michigan lawmakers have taken to Twitter to provide updates on their safety and condemn this stunning attempted insurrection.
