One of Detroit’s newest restaurants SheWolf is drawing hungry crowds from all over the metro area. The restaurant features a wide range of pasta dishes made from scratch.

CultureShift’s Ryan Patrick Hooper speaks with Detroit News Features reporter Melody Baetens about what makes SheWolf stand out.

“You’re getting extremely fresh pasta,” says Baetens. “They’ve got this nice clear room where you can see a pasta guy in there cutting and making the pasta that’s going to be ending up on a plate minutes later.”
