Green Living Science Teaches Detroit Kids Importance of Recycling
The earth-friendly non-profit hosts their Art & Amble fundraiser this week
In Detroit’s New Center neighborhood, Green Living Science is helping teach Detroit kids about the importance of recycling. The non-profit recently hosted hundreds of third graders from around the city for a field day. CultureShift’s Ryan Patrick Hooper has more.
The Art & Amble fundraiser includes silent auctions of artwork by local artists (Ouizi, Eno Laget) and food from Mabel Gray, Supino, Katoi and more. Tickets are available via the Green Living Science website.
