The Mitten State joined the Union 180 years ago. Here’s one list of why to love it.

Michigan was admitted to the Union on Jan. 26, 1837, becoming the 26th state. DTE Energy is marking the occasion with a list of 180 reasons to love the Great Lakes State. The company is encouraging people to share their own reasons on Twitter with the hashtag #Mich180. Here’s a link to the list.
