The Michigan State Police is celebrating 100 years of service this year. The agency has an exhibit at the North American International Auto Show featuring three major auto influences over the past century. They include the 1937 Ford “Model 74” in original black and gold…the 1995 Chevrolet Caprice in traditional M-S-P Blue…and the 2016 Dodge Charger. First Lieutenant Michael Show spoke with WDET’s Bre’Anna Tinsley about the history of the Michigan State Police and how each car influenced the way the agency operated.
