New book offers a look at some of the most wild places on the planet over the decades
National Geographic has a new coffee table book that explores some of the wildest and most beautiful places on the planet. But the editors wanted some historical perspective so they added pictures from the storied magazines archives. WDET’s Amy Miller spoke with National Geographic Features Editor Amy Alipio about how the pictures were selected.
