Detroit’s Opera Modo collaborates with The Tapestry for a night of iconic rock and opera!

Modo Rocks Detroit with The Tapestry this Saturday night at the Jam Handy Building in Detroit’s New Center neighborhood.

It’s not a traditional opera performance. It’s not your average rock show. It’s not exactly a rock opera, either.

Danielle Wright is the founder of Opera Modo. She tells WDET’s Travis Wright the evening will feature live mash-ups of iconic opera pieces with some of music’s most famous rock songs.
