It’s the Super Bowl Edition of “Detroit By The Numbers,” a WDET series that examines — and explains — data related to a variety of subjects.

First, two NFL players are tied with the most number of Super Bowls played: Tom Brady, the University of Michigan quarterback, now with the Patriots and Mike Lodish, an 11-year veteran of the league who played with Buffalo and Denver. A native of the area, he lives in Oakland County. Click on the audio above to hear what he has to say about his time in the league and what the week before the Super Bowl is like.

Also, with the big game happening Sunday, we thought it would be interesting to see how the Detroit Lions have fared against the two teams.
