The DIA’s Third Annual Ofrendas exhibit is back with traditional and modern altars designed by local artists.

It’s the third year the museum has displayed altars to commemorate the Mexican Day of the Dead holiday. Emily Bowyer is the museum’s family program coordinator. She says the wide range of artwork within the exhibit is one of the most exciting parts for visitors. The ofrenda exhibit is now open to the public and runs through Nov. 1
