WDET recently received 3 Michigan Associated Press awards for our coverage of Detroit’s recent water shutoffs, our website, and “Detroit Agenda,” a series that asks Detroiters what  they want for their communities.

  • Second Place for Best News Documentary/Series: “Detroit Agenda”

It has been a great year for Detroit’s public radio station. This year WDET was named Michigan Association of Broadcasters’ Station of the Year and also received 14 awards from the Detroit Society of Professional Journalists
