Certain songs can conjure up a feeling or an era.

For many people tunes like “Turn Turn Turn” or “Eight Miles High” do that. Those are some of the many hits made famous by the iconic band The Byrds.

Now the lead singer of The Byrds, Roger McGuinn, is bringing his blend of folk and rock music to the Michigan Theater in Ann Arbor.

McGuinn tells WDET’s Quinn Klinefelter his show is a tale of a long journey from the psychedelic 60’s to a place of peace today.
