The Detroit Jazz Festival returns to downtown Detroit Labor Day Weekend.

Now in its 40th year, the festival is the world’s largest free jazz festival, spanning from Hart Plaza to Campus Martius. This year the festival will honor Detroit’s incomparable jazz legacy with its Homecoming/Hometown series.
