Join WDET for a series of workshops and storytelling in support of the 2019 Detroit Podcast Festival. Whether you’re looking to learn about how to get started in the podcast world, finesse your audio, or just hear stories from some of the best in the biz, we have an event for you. Special guests include Glynn Washington (Snap Judgement), Satori Shakoor (The Secret Society of Twisted Storytellers), Michael May (NPR Story Lab), and Ann Delisi (Ann Delisi’s Essential Conversations).

Are You Ready to Pitch Your Podcast?

Provide information about your podcast concept using the form below to be considered for WDET’s Detroit StoryMakers Pitch Competition. Five finalists will deliver their pitches in front of a panel of judges at WDET on Saturday, June 29 from 4-6 and the winner will receive support, mentorship, and a $1,000 stipend from WDET towards successful completion of a pilot episode for a new podcast.
