Twisted Storytellers, Arab American National Museum Celebrate Black History Month with ‘Freedom Stories’

Host Satori Shakoor brings her unique blend of storytellers to Dearborn.

On Friday, February 1, the Arab American National Museum in Dearborn will host The Secret Society of Twisted Storytellers, in collaboration with ACCESS, to tell “Freedom Stories”.

The storytellers — coached by Twisted Storytellers host Satori Shakoor — will tell their personal freedom stories. The event is helping ring in Black History month at the Arab American Museum.

Detroit Today host Stephen Henderson is joined by Shakoor, featured storyteller Shahad Atiya, and Dave Serio of the Arab American National Museum.
