If you’re looking for new additions to your roster of brunch spots on the weekend, look no further than a duo of new options at Ferndale’s music venue and restaurant Otus Supply and Detroit’s neighborhood dive bar Nancy Whiskey.

This Saturday will mark the first brunch at Otus Supply where there wood fired oven pizzas will be integrated into the menu with options like the green hams and egg breakfast pizza, reports Melody Baetens of the Detroit News.

CultureShift’s Ryan Patrick Hooper spoke with Baetens about Otus Supply’s new brunch (click the audio player above to listen to the full conversation) as well as a new all-vegan pop-up option at Nancy Whiskey from the duo of chefs behind Street Beet Nina Paletta and Meghan Shaw, who also do the popular “Vegan Hell” pop-up at PJ’s Lager House.
