Remembering the Legacy of Detroit’s “Voice of Summer”

Today would have been former Tigers sportscaster Ernie Harwell’s 100th birthday. Harwell was behind the mic in Detroit for more than 40 years, from 1960 until his retirement in the early 2000s.
