Detroit Women Are Breaking into the Welding Industry with Help from Local Group

The non-profit Women Who Weld is changing the face of the welding industry in Metro Detroit. Founder Samantha Farr began the group in 2014 to help disadvantaged women get a foothold in the welding industry, an occupation with high wages and a declining number of trained workers.
